Human ACE2 transgenic model
Description: Human ACE2 is overexpressed using BAC transgene(BAC clone number CH17-203N23, BACPAC). BAC clone is modified with a Venus reporter tag fusing to the N-terminal of ACE2, in order to trace transgene expression in vivo. Primers with 10kb interval coving the whole ACE2 genomic region including ~10kb promoter region are used to screen transgene integration.

COVID-19 infection related proteins knockout model
Description: Coronavirus infection require some proteins from the host, including Vim(Vimentin), cell surface transmembrane protease/serine(Tmprss) proteases. We are generating knockout mice for these genes.
