The mouse mutant ES cells are generated by International knockout mouse consortium (IKMC). The purpose for using these cells is “non-commercial research”. The cells show here have passed production QC, and further QC tests should be performed before microinjection, including loxP sites, long range PCR and copy numbers. Based on our data, the pass rate for clones is about 89.4%, so that we recommend to order at least 3 clones to get 1-2 QC passed clones for microinjection, or you can just order gene and we can choose candidate clones for you (Currently not all the QC results are shown here). Furthermore, there is no guarantee that QC passed clones will definitely obtain germline transmission (GLT). Our data shows a GLT rate at about 85%.
